Following their hugely successful run of 2017 concerts, Queen + Adam Lambert have announced additional shows in Europe for this summer. Included is a date at London’s O2 Arena.
The tour must go on
Responding to unprecedented demand from fans across Europe, Queen + Adam Lambert will be hopping back on the tour bus in June this year for a string of additional concerts. Showcasing a spectacular collaborative stage production conceived for the 40th anniversary of Queen’s “News of the World” album, the original band and Adam Lambert have proved themselves to be a massively successful musical partnership.
Having already performed over 130 shows worldwide, Brian May said the following about the additional dates.
There has been a great demand for us to go back and cover the cities we missed! So, while we’re still physically able to perform at those high energy levels on this massive scale, we thought… ‘YES !! One more around the block!’ It’s live, it’s dangerous, and it takes every ounce of fitness we can muster. But it’s still fun!
Tickets for their show at London’s O2 Arena go on sale this Friday.
