Taylor Swift releases music video for Lavender Haze: lots of lavender, lots of haze
Taylor Swift has dropped a third music video to put images on her Midnights‘ tracks. ‘Lavender Haze’ is out now and you can stream it here, on Alex.

‘Lavender Haze’ is the third track from Taylor Swift’s latest album to receive a video treatment. Once again, tha artist directed the clip herself, and is seen dancing in violet smoke at a house party, swimming in a milky, lilac bath, floating on a cloud in a twinkling koi fish galaxy and crawling through wildflowers in her living room.
“The Lavender Haze video is out now. There is lots of lavender. There is lots of haze. There is my incredible costar @laith_ashley who I absolutely adored working with.” she stated on her social media to announce the video. Taylor Swift also chose to cast Laith Ashley De La Cruz. The transgender activist and actor plays Swift’s love interest. You can watch the video below.
Prior to this music video, Taylor Swift has already released cuts for ‘Bejeweled’ and ‘Anti-Hero’. She directed both, following her vow that Midnights would be a visual album. “I love storytelling, I love songwriting, I love writing videos, I love directing them,” Swift told The Hollywood Reporter last October. “I’m really proud of what we made and I really hope you like them.”
