With their third album on the way, Bastille have announced a 5-date UK tour for April next year. Backed by an orchestra and choir, they will showcase their acclaimed “Bad Blood” and “Wild World” in a whole new light.
“ReOrchestrated” on the road in April 2018
Exploding onto the scene in 2010 with the singles “Flaws” and “Icarus”, Bastille have had quite the success story. Their 2013 debut album “Bad Blood” went straight to No1 in the UK, stayed for a further three weeks and earned the band their first Brit Award nomination. “Wild World” followed it in 2016 and was a 14-track indie-rock record packed full of arena-ready tracks.
Bastille have since announced that they have been spending a lot of 2017 writing their third album and this year, have released new single “World Gone Mad” just a few days ago which has already racked up over a million views.
With news of a new album on the horizon, they have announced the “ReOrchestrated” tour for the UK in April next year. The 5-date run will see the band reimagining their back catalogue (and possibly their upcoming material) using different instrumentation, backing vocals and ideas.
Tickets go on sale at the end of this week.
